Services We Offer

  • Basic Mediation Services includes the ability to mediate in any dispute you are in, with whoever.
    This is especially useful for all those looking to avoid a long drawn out court process and high attorney fees.

    Possible reasons for this service include:
    - Small Claims
    - Real Estate
    - Landlord/Tenant
    - Etc

  • This service is for those facing domestic disputes such as divorce.

    Though I am certified with the Utah courts for basic mediation, I am currently working on my Domestic Certification with the Utah courts. Therefore, at this time, even though I am able to take on domestic cases, I am only able to take on PRE-FILING domestic cases. meaning, you have NOT filed with the courts yet.
    PLEASE do NOT select this service UNLESS the domestic relationship is still amicable and you believe with an outside neutral party helping, you could come to a settlement.
    Otherwise, if it doesn’t work out, you would be forced to seek help from the courts, and it will require you to rehash Everything and cost you more money.

  • This is currently a project I am working on creating.

    In time I will have created my own negotiation curriculum and will have the option for the course to be purchased and/or taught to individuals, couples, families, and businesses.
